After having undergone a total hip replacement, I was keen to return to the level of fitness I have achieved prior to my procedure. I was also keen to lose the weight I had gained during my recovery period and tone the muscles supporting the hip.
I have had personal trainers in the past and regularly discuss my programme with trainers at my gym. However I didn’t feel I was progressing quickly enough.
I have been thrilled with the bespoke training programme she has created for me.

I have been training with Hannah every week for nearly a year and I have been impressed with her relaxed professionalism. I feel fitter and healthier than I have done for many years and I have enjoyed training with her. We meet once or twice a week in the gym and she keeps things interesting with continually changing exercises. She is knowledgeable, motivated and friendly. I hate exercise.  I really hate it. I engaged Hannah after 3 years of
pretending to go to the gym as I thought even I cannot avoid exercise if someone turns up to my house. She has been fantastic.  Her main strength is maintaining a lot of variety so I never know what I will be doing next and most importantly never get bored.  I have boxed, played throw and catch and developed a respectable press-up. She also has a very comprehensive knowledge on the body so can answer my whiney "why am I doing this, it hurts" questions.
